No Print on Epson CX 6400

Hi Art,

My Epson CX 6400 printer will not print anything even after I replaced
all the color & black ink cartridges and repeatedly ran the "clean
head" process. I understand that you can e-mail a set of manual
cleaning instructions that may solve the problem.

Thanks,

RON

Drop Art (Arthur Entlich) an Email, stating model and fault, he'll
gladly send you his cleaning instructions free of charge.

e-printerhelp(@)mvps(.)org.

Remove the brackets leaving no spaces, if Arts method don't work then
I doubt very little else will apart an Epson service.

I tried sending Art an e-mail by using the e-mail address without the
brackets, but it will not go?

Sorry Ron, don't know what to suggest, I checked the address and it
correct, I trust you are typing the address as given minus th
brackets and leaving no spaces

Maybe try looking for his postings under Arthur Entlich, lets see i
we can help her

Have a look here, if you scan down you will see his address, click o
this linkhttp://www.howtofixcomputers.com/bb/ftopic112383.htm

The only alternnative is to use a dedicated cleaning cartridge but ho
effective they are I can't say, the norm is to do a couple of clean
with them, leave in situ overnight, the next day do another couple o
cleans, and the with fresh OEM ink do a couple of flushes

A lot more expensive I know, but what else is there
