and the fan on my video card isnt spinning up. its the only fan that
doesn spin up when i power on. i just installed the video card, a new
motherboard, and a new PSU. it posted the first time i booted up, then
ater a couple seconds it turned off. i hit the power again, and no post
no signal, no video card fan.
what do you think? jumper settings? cables? bad video card? bad mobo?
