No ports in device manger

I am trouble shooting a printer and it is telling me to go
to Ports in the Device Manger. there is no Ports
listing. any suggestions?
 
Printer ports show up in the print server properties. Right click in a blank space in the printers and faxes window, and select server properties from the context menu.
