No Pictures

11 KB is too small to have included a photo. So, your sender didn't actually
include the photo.

1. They may think they are sending attachments but not actually sending
them. How big is the message?.

2. They may be using Outlook and sending in RTF format, in which case
nothing but Outlook or andother Exchange program can see the pictures.

1. Click on Tools, then Options.
2. Click the Send tab
3. Check "Reply to messages..."
4. Under "Mail Sending Format"
A) DOT "HTML"
B) Click the "HTML Settings" button
C) Check "Send pictures with messages"
