Are the messages big enough to include pictures? If they are, see if it
helps to
click on Tools, then Read. If there is a check mark in the box before Read
all messages in plain text, click on this box, then Apply. Click on
Security.
If there is a check mark in the box before Block images and other external
content in HTML e-mail, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.
It's probably a good idea to put the second check mark back after you
view the pictures, though.
