No picture in receiving emails

I only get a small square with a red X in it where the picture should be. Thanks for any help.

Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..."
Also uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Are you sure the sender included the picture?
If the message size is less than 10K, it isn't likely to
contain a picture.
