No option to resize photos

I am trying to email photos from within My Pictures...every
other time I have done it, it brings up a wizard to choose
what size to send. Now it doesn't do that.

I went to PowerToys (from a post on this board) and
installed the resizer, but that won't come up either. I've
rebooted, and still nothing.

Help...thanks!

Try running this from Start | Run | Type > regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

No difficult.
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press Enter.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
Once you do this, the function will come back. Magic!

What did we just do to make it work?
