No message display on the reading pane

Sorry, this is off subject but I don't know where to post. Sometimes, when I
goes into this newsgroup, I can only see the message header. When I clip on
the message, I get a blank reading space. Cannot sign in also. Does anybody
know why? Thank you.

Most news readers only download message headers when you select a group and each
message body is downloaded one at a time as you read them. If you lose your
connection to the server after you have downloaded the headers, but before you
have selected a message then the symptoms would be exactly as you describe.

Glad you posted that question - I've been experiencing it too and was cussing
my PC or the AV or firewall or whatever - it didn't occur to me that it might
be a problem at the MS end...now we know!
