No Longer get the Send Pictures via e-mail Dialog Box

Previously when selecting a Ditigal Picture to see as an Attachment with an
Outlook 2002 e-mail, after clicking on SEND TO RECEPIENT...the "Send Pictures
Via e-mail Dialog Box" would open allowing me to select, Send pictures at a
samller size for faster e-mailing, or, send at Original size. This Send
Pictures Via E-Mail Dialoog Box NO LONGER OPENS. The selected pictures
becomes an Attachment to the e-mail FULL size.

Does anyone know why I no longer get this "Send Via e-mail Dialog Box" any
more, and, more importantly, how I can get it back? Is there a setting I can
re-configure?It really is a useful feature.

I would very much like to follow up on Gerald suggested solution to my

suceeded. Clicked on your link again, got:

That's why you entered the command, not to reach the link.......

Yes.....after I ran the Command you provided when I clicked on a Picture, I
Clicked on RESIZE PICTURES, left the setting at the smallest size and the
same Picture is duplicated in the same folder with the same name with the
word Small added to the name. So was it the Command itself, or, the Resize
ImagerPowertoy I downloaded and Installed from Microsoft along with the
Command you provided that gave me the smalled down picture? If it was just
your Command alone that provided the results, I guess I could delete the
installed Image Resizer Powertoy Software. What I can't figure out is why
suddenly I no longer get the Windows SEND PICTURES VIA DIALOG BOX that used
to open when I selected a picture to e-mail and selected SEND TO MAIL
RECEPIENT that allowed me to "small Down" the picture size for faster
E-mailing of Pictures. I wish I understood what happened, and, what it was
that you provided that gave me the results. Thank You

Mostly another program you installed is the cause of this.
