i've been having some problems with internet on my laptop for awhile, but its
getting worse instead of better. before, i could connect to the internet but
not browse, but now i am unable to connect at all, even with basic ether net
cable. my computer says that there is no supported wireless adapters (even
though ive used it before), and the wifi light is on the keyboard. any help
would be appreciated.

Go to Device Manager and look for yellow exclamation points under Network
Adapters. If there is no adapter listed at all, the adapter has failed and
you will need to take the laptop in for repair. If there is a yellow
exclamation point, download and reinstall the driver.
