When creating a new meeting and adding attendees, their time past september
1st 2005 is shown as "no information" \\\\ to infinity.

Is this some kind of free\busy connector bug?

If you go to Tools || Calendar Options || Free Busy Options || you can up
the published information to the server field. Note if you work for a large
organisation and everyone does this then you could start to put extra load
on the server.

Ah perfect, thats the problem. We have 140 employees so I don't think it
should hurt too much. You wouldn't happen to know if this can be done server
side instead of accessing each persons outlook individually?

I have never found it server side I think the closest you will get is by
using the resource kit and creating a custom prf file. Probably easier to
send them an email :)

Is there a way to update this setting on an Enterprise level by using a Group
Policy? I know that there is a snap if for Outlook 2003, but what about
Outlook 2000?
