No information bar in IE6.0???

I just installed SP2 and the information bar in IE6.0
does not show up under the address bar. I need to
install some software from a web site and it say I am
seeing this because I did not answer "YES" on the
Security Warning. I never get a Security Warning to
answer "YES" to!!!!


Any help would be very nice.

Clicking on "Try Again" does not do anything.

Check your settings here, Brad:

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Pop-up blocker/Settings/Show Information
Bar when......
