Information bar Missing IE6.0

I just installed SP2 and the information bar in IE6.0
does not show up under the address bar. I need to
install some software from a web site and it say I am
seeing this because I did not answer "YES" on the
Security Warning. I never get a Security Warning to
answer "YES" to!!!!


Any help would be very nice.

My Status Bar is on. It's the Information Bar in SP2 which is supposed to
pop up and never does.

Humm, I have to confess that I don't know what "Information Bar" you are
referring to then, sorry.
