No icons or task bar..PLease help!

I restarted my pc and there are no icons, I can't right
click, and there is no task bar at the bottom. All I can
do is access the pc files by using Ctrl Alt Delete, and
then running a file. I'm sure its' as easy as a click of
a button, but how and where? Please help me.

Hi Dana,

Ctrl/Alt/Delete and end process on explorer.exe then go to File/New Task and
type in: explorer.exe

If the above doesn't help, more workarounds are provided within this small
