no icon for printer

i installed the r800 epson and had it working for 2 weeks, i then went to
print and it sates " need to connect a printer" looking in the printer other
hardware part there is no icon and just add printer on the left hand side of
the screen. I try and add the printer and it comes up "operation unable to
complete" whats has happened. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but again
still no icon and no printer attached. WHAT DO I DO????????? I NEED MY
PRINTER

didn't work error 1068 occurred the dependency service or group failed to
start was the message i got
