No email address, so it used a fax number?

When i click the To... button in a new email, it lists
everyone in my contact list, not just the ones with
emails. As a result of this, if i add a contact that has
no email address listed, outlook will try to email his
fax number, or whatever info i have added for this
contact. How do i make outlook only list contacts that
have email addresses listed?
