no E: or D: drive

my dvd player in d drive & my cd recorder in e drive are
not workingig i get an error 19 and there are no icons for
these drives in my computer when i put a disk in i hear it
spin and nothing happens in e: or D: i discnnected them
and they were recognised after rebooting but they still
don't work!! i did every thing in the trouble shooter!!
any advice!!

Most likely you just uninstalled some CD burning software from Windows.
Take a look at this.
