No DVD Audio

Got a dual layer Samsung/Toshiba TS-H552U DVD in my WIN XP Home SP2 computer
that does not play the *audio* portion on DVD movies using either Windows
Media Player or Real Audio. The video portion is fine and it plays CD audio
fine. Firmware is updated to latest version-- any ideas to fix?

Did that first. The TS doesn't address issue of no sound for DVD only.
