No domain server available message after server restart

After rebooting this Win2k server, all my clients receive the message that
the domain server is not available, but if the client selects "OK" the
network drives are mapped and everything appears to be running fine. The
only time this occurs is the first time each client logs on to the server
after the server has been rebooted. Othere than that, logon works as it
should. Is this a bug of some sort or a config error somewhere?

What is your WINS and (if applicable) DNS server setup? If the server you
reboot hosting either of these services?

More info would be useful.
