No Displays

Well, I have bought a nice video card about 6 months ago and I have had no
trouble with it so far. My PC is hooked to a LCD monitor and now Im starting
to get issues. If I boot my PC while the monitor is off, when I turn thr
monitor on there will not be any displays and I can't see anything. If I turn
on my monitor, then my PC I can see stuff though. How can I fix it where It
doesnt matter the boot sequenece of the monitor and PC?

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the monitor device, Action
menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
