no disk in drive

When I click on my user name and my session is starting
I get an error box which says

userinit.exe - No disk

No disk in drive. Please insert disk into drive A:.

Cancel Retry Continue

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you received an answer to this problem yet? I too am
experiencing this same problem. I received a response from
Microsoft Windows Online Support. If you haven't received
an answer yet, I suggest you send this e-mail to
(e-mail address removed). Let me know if you resolve it. I'm
following his suggestions now.
