question on Userinit.exe - No disk problem

Everytime my XP PRO started..I get following error:

Userinit.exe - No Disk

There is no disk n the drive. Please insert a disk into drive
\Device\Harddisk1\DR8

My anti-virus NOD32 is set to scan only hard disk partition, and not
removable disk..Any help would be appreciated.
