No Disc error message

Sometimes when I open more than one program or when I open Microsoft Outlook
I get an error message that states, "Window-No disk There is no disc in the
drive please insert a disc." I have checked my disc drives and there is no
problem with them. When I click to close the error message it keeps poping
up. Then it will dissapear only to reappear later.

I have the same problem on start up but cannot fix it. AHve you managed to
fix it yet?
