No Communication

Hello
I'm having a problem with my air card and windows mail talking to each
other. I can receive my emails but as soon as I do my air card shuts down.
This same thing happens when I try to send emails. Please help!!!

Check the setting at tools>options>connections tab, is the second option in
the Dial-up section enabled?
