no bluetooth devices in control panel

i want to configure my bluetooth dongle.

1) dongle make: microtune
2) OS: WIN XP SP2

problem:

there is no option in control panel to configure blutooth devices. any idea
wh is it so?

Have you installed the drivers for your device? You would get them from
the device mftr.'s website.
