Which version of windows are you running? If it is ME or
below you need to install that from the CD. Go to add and
remove programs and go to Windows setup and select that
from the system tools. It will ask for the CD if the CAB
files are not on the computer. It will then have you
reboot and it should be where you looked for it.

NOT TRUE if you are running Windows XP Home edition.
