Missing Backup Wizard

have had a lot of trouble with my computer shutting down. I am attempting
to back up my registry. I clicked Start, Accessories, System Tools and the
only thing i get is the Microsoft Security Center as an option..My Backup
Wizard is missing. Anyone have any idea what to do?

Hi ... If you just want to back up your registry, click 'start', 'run' and
type 'regedit' in the box. From the registry editor 'file', 'export' and
select where you want the file to be placed and named.

But, if you actually want to use the backup wizard and are using XP home,
the Backup utility is not included in the default installation of Windows XP
Home Edition. The Backup icon is not present on the Start menu in Windows XP
Home Edition, and Backup is not listed in the Add or Remove Programs tool in
Windows XP Home Edition. The Backup utility is included on the Windows XP
Home Edition CD-ROM in the ValueAdd folder. To use Backup, you must install
the utility manually.
