No audio device?

I have speakers plugged in and last time I used this computer I didn't have a
problem. Between now and then my brother has used USB speakers and now the
computer is saying "no audio device" in the manager. I am getting NO sound.
Any ideas?

You may have to reinstall your sound card (chip) driver. If you don't
know what you have try using www.belarc.com
They will inventory your system.
