NG's mg's not on top most

Every time I open newsgroups WM never starts at the top most post. It
starts further down and I have to scroll up to get to the first post. Why
does it do that?
 
it is bug that showed up in beta, but microsoft did not deem it important enough to fix before release.
hopefully it will be fixed with SP1.

similar and along the same line, focus is not applied to the opened message so keyboard commands can be used.
