Hello fellow freeware enthusiasts!

Although I don't make many of my programs available for download
anymore I still make NewStart available for a while whenever the
an upgrade taskes place.

NewStart was upgraded this week, and it is now available for free
download at www.winsite.com.

For those who have not used NewStart before, it is a desktop
utility that reduces clutter by hiding and unhiding the system
taskbar at will. It is only 7K!

NewStart takes up as little as 1/100 of your screen space (depending
on your resolution), and provides one-click access to the taskbar's
visibility, a program of your choice, and the Start Menu.

Changes and improvements in the latest release
----------------------------------------------
O Uses system colors defined in control panel so it never looks out of place.

O Doesn't get covered up by the taskbar anymore. It stays in front of it.

O Reacts to WM_RBUTTONDBLCK as two clicks instead of one.

O Docs are now in PDF format with pictures.

Webmasters can freely distribute NewStart (for free.)

This does what it says it does. A bit of a nuisance to have it bundled
with a 80kb pdf file.

MyDesk is much better, taking up no screen space and doing many more
things by hot key.
