Thanks! You are so much more polite than many of
the posters here. I decided to provide you with the
instructions for using the "undocumented" launching feature:

step 1) set DOS environment variable to program name..

set NEWSTART=c:\launcher.exe

step 2) reboot computer..

Step 3) right click X button to launch c:\launcher.exe
