TAskbar hiding program,NewStart, updated

Hello fellow freeware enthusiasts!

I just uploaded an update for NewStart to www.winsite.com.
It should be available for free download in a day or two.

For those who have not used NewStart before, it is a desktop
utility that reduces clutter by hiding and unhiding the system
taskbar at will. It is only 7K!

NewStart takes up as little as 1/100 of your screen space (depending
on your resolution), and provides one-click access to the taskbar's
visibility, a program of your choice, and the Start Menu.

Changes and improvements in the latest release
----------------------------------------------
O Uses system colors defined in control panel so it never looks out of place.

O Doesn't get covered up by the taskbar anymore. It stays in front of it.

O Reacts to WM_RBUTTONDBLCK as two clicks instead of one.

O Docs are now in PDF format with pictures.

Webmasters can freely distribute NewStart (for free.)

I might be interested in the app. Give us a proper URL when one becomes
available cos getting negative hits from a search is a bit boring.
