Newsgroup Replies

When I access newsgroups on Outlook Express, I can see the questions, but
not the replies. Up until a day ago replies were attached to the sides of
the Subject (I believe) but there are zero replies now, only the questions.
Help!

Grab the toolbar at the far right side and drag it to the left. A window will
appear. Set the window to 'show all messages'.
 
view-current view-make sure show all messages and group messages by
conversation are checked.
