Newsgroup links?

Used to be a clickable newsgroup link opened that group in OE. Not sure
what I've done but now it opens Forte Agent.
How do I get it back to OE?

Go to Control Panel and open Internet Options.
On the Programs page, what program is listed for Newsgroups?
Change to Outlook Express if necessary.

Also, in Outlook Express click on Tools -> Options.
On the General page, make sure Outlook Express is the default
News handler.

It was the OE/Tools/Options/Default News Handler which was wrong, many
