Newsgroup in Outlook

I used to be able to pull up this Newsgroup in my
Outlook. Now when I go to put the newsgroup name in
Outlook it won't let me. Does anyone know why?
 
Have you subscribed to the group? have you set up the news-server account?

Click the tool-bar button "newsgroups" the search for the group, select then
click the "subscribe" button.

These are the instructions for "outlook express 6.0"

Otherwise visit an outlook group.
 
This NG is microsoft.public.frontpage.client, I believe the
web version maybe under frontpage.general
