New Windows Search

How do I stop the new Windows Search from loading? They don't have options
that you can turn it on and off. I don't need it to index my drive every
time it loads.
Now it is wanting to optimize outlook and I can't stop it from displaying
the window that ask me if I want it to.

So How do I stop the new Windows Search from loading?

Try modifying your Indexing Options.
Control Panbel > Indexing Options > Modify button > Change selected
locations
If you don't want to index your drive uncheck it. Same with Outlook.
