New window will not open

Hi There, when I click a link to open in a new window,
only the top of the new browser window is visible. I then
have to click the max button to actually see the window
contents. Any ideas here and how to fix this problem.

Don't use the maximize button.
Hold down the mouse cursor and move it so that it is all on screen.
Then resize it by dragging the edges to make it the size you want.
Make sure it is the last IE window closed.
