New Window Stays Blank

When opening a new beowser window by clicking a hyperlink,
the new window frame appears, but that's all.
IE 6 and SP1. Win 98.
 
Hi Jaap - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
