New Router setup

I have just installed a belkin router ethernet connected to PC
PC has XP home sp2 installed

I have 4 accounts set up on it but can only gain access to internet via 2 of
them
Anyone have any suggestions

both accounts that allow access are set to adim but when seeting other to
admin it
still doesnt resolve problem
 
Open "Network Connections" folder, Rightclick the connection icon in the 'Network Connections' folder Properties, Networking tab,
TCP/IP protocol properties, General tab, Advanced button, General tab, select "use default gateway on remote network".
