Hello there
I don't know much about PC's besides a few applications and surfing on the net here and there...I got hacked last night and had my hotmail address changed and who knows what else. What can I do to prevent such attacks besides running a good firewall with anti-virus, not giving anyone my passwords and all the basic steps..
The only clue I have is the person's or company's IP address and host...

ISP host: 64-108-190-120.ded.ameritech.ne
I have traced this IP but it's looking like a dead end. The attacks started at 6:30 pm eastern exactly while my PC was off. Someone told me CItrix was also recently installed on my PC, I dont really know what that means......Anyways,......if you want email me any info at (e-mail address removed) thx,
