New Outlook Data File

In the New Outlook Data File dialog box, the Types of Storage box is empty.
Why is this? How can I create a new .pst file?

Ask your network administrator. THe most common cause of this behavior is that the ability to create new .pst files has been disabled -- by the administrator's choice.
