New Monitor plz

I have been looking around for a bigger monitor than what i have. (Samsung 22' 225BW)
I don't plan on acutally buying one - just browsing until i do acutally feel like buying.

Has anyone had any experience with 25.5' size monitors? I found one thats seems reasonably priced

26' would be nice - but they are a little too expensive. Is it worthwhile to upgrade to a 24' when i already have a 22'? Or am i better off just sticking to what i got?

when new that monitor was $475 - i was pushing my budget back then too.
I'm thinking i can sell the one i got and purchase a bigger one for a minor hit to the pocket book.

25.5" is quite a size, and that's much cheaper than it would have been even 2 years ago. The specs look very good, and it has plenty of positive reviews.

I've only used up to 22" monitors, and I've found that to be a good size

I suppose that .5' wont really be a big difference, especially when the monitor is already that big. I wish i could have a look at it before i think of buying.

It is great, there is a newer version out. Got 4 years on site swap warranty with it. The review site is good as it gives videos of the monitors and a realistic review.

understandable - but i think games look better on a 24' that may be me though...

Looks the biz, over here that would be around $700. It looks as though it uses a similar stand arrangement to my Dell. No dedicated DVI socket though.

I knew that cos Alfs prices were in $ rather than pesos. Guess I should have said " you folks over the pond must have a rather different definition of sucker to us".
