new messages in bold in any folder will not reset ?

new messages in bold in any folder will not reset ?

if i send a message it does not seem to go until I restart windows mail.

outbox (1) in bold still even when message has sent after windows mail
restart.

Also after sending an new mail the send /receive button does nothing when
clicked.

new message highlight in bold, but when delleted it still says inbox (10) in
bold even if I have deletted them all?

Anyone know how to relsove these issues?

For one of the issues: Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. If there
is no check mark in the box before Send messages immediately, click
on this box and then Apply. Click on OK.

All the setting are correct ?

This is a brand new toshiba laptop, I did read this somewhere within a post
