why do my sent emails show up twice in my "sent " box?

hi

just set up Windows Mail to recieve my AOL emails.

however I have noticed that when I send an email - 2 copies appear in the
sent folder. one is always in bold like it's unopened and one in non-bold.
why is this and how can I stop it?

In Windows Mail: Tools, Options, Send, uncheck the first box.
IMAP duplicates that function.
