new mail going straight to Deleted Items folder

All mail from a few senders goes right to the Deleted
Items folder rather than the Inbox. How do I correct
this?

Howdy,

No expert I, but...

You may have a rogue rule that is doing it. I would start by turning
all the rules OFF, then see if it still happens.
