Help - new mail goes directly to deleted items !!!!!

I have outlook 2007 - new installation. As I said in subject new mails go to
deleted items instead of inbox folder. I've checked the preferences of mail
accounts in tools - it clearly says that the destination folder is "inbox
folder" but every new mail goes to deleted items ( no junk folder ! ). Even
more: it is marked as read ! In the other hand I'm able to send mails
without any problem and they are stored in "sent items" folder. So folks -
I NEED YOUR HELP BADLY :)

Disable any scanning of mail with your anti-virus or -spam software.

I did it as you advised me: I even removed antivir, I also switched-off spam
killer in outlook - BUT still mails go to removed items.

| Remove all rules. Sometimes they stumble over each other.

Well - there were no rules at that time. Meanwhile I have found the
solution: I created brand new profile for outlook and defined email accounts
once again then I imported pst file and it started somehow...
