I sell alot of stuff on ebay and when I try to click on the send invoice
button or respond it tells me that links are turned off and I have to go up
to the info bar and press turn on links. I added ebay as a safe sender but I
still have to do that with every e-mail? any suggestions
(e-mail address removed)

Do the messages end up in the Junk Mail folder? The messages should behave
differently in other folders.

There's also a setting in the Junk Mail settings dialog that controls the
'phishing' filter.

No they are not going to the junk e-mail they are in the regular inbox. It
just will not allow me to click on links to sites without going to the
toolbar and turning links on every time.

Are they HTML-formatted e-mails? Maybe adding ebay.com to the Trusted Sites
security zone would help since you are trying to open the browser to go to a
site using the links in the e-mail.
