new junk mail filter

I am trying to get a suggestion to Microsoft.

I am starting to get a fair amount of email from the same bogus id at valid
domains. It would be nice to have a filter for this that I did not have to
code myself. However, I will code my own for the moment
 
Which version of Outlook are you using? Outlook 2003's filter, set on high,
should get most of the junk.
