New installed hard drive shows up in Blue???

When I click on My Computer a new hard drive that appears to be working
properly shows up in blue letters. All other hard drives and devices or the
normal black lettering. What's causing this?

properly shows up in blue letters. All other hard drives and devices or the
normal black lettering. What's causing this?

By default, the color blue in My Computer or Explorer signifies that the
object is compressed. Right click on the drive and select Properties.
Uncheck the box next to "compress drive to save space."
