New Icon on TaskBar

The following appears on my Task bar "CDTNoteSite" with as picture of a
Post-it Note. When I click either right or left nothing happens. Any ideas
as to what this is. It does not appear each time I boot computer only after
I have been working for about an hour.

There isn't much about this from Google. Do you have the Corel Draw
program running? If so, then this may be part of it. If not, then do
the normal troubleshooting by scanning with a current version (not
earlier than 2004) antivirus using updated definitions. Do the scan in
Safe Mode. Also, the next time you see the icon, start Task Manager and
make a note of what is running by looking at both the Applications and
the Processes tabs.
